Single Chip Flash Disk
The DiskOnChip-Millennium, a member of M-Systems' DiskOnChip family of products, is a monolithic solid-state flash disk available in a standard 32-pin DIP or TSOP package.
The DiskOnChip-Millennium products are optimized for use in Information Appliances, Set Top Boxes, Thin client or Network Computers, Thin Server, Embedded and portable PC-compatible computers that require minimal weight, space and power consumption, providing a very attractive alternative to conventional hard and floppy disk drives.
